Notes on ethics and public administration: a look at its construction

This article has among its objectives to review in a general way some of the most important characteristics of ancient civilizations such as the Ottoman, Hindu and Greek in administrative and ethical matters. We will also analyze what their contributions have been on these issues, and if it is feasible to learn from them in the Latin American case despite the temporal differences. In this sense, we will observe throughout the text the relevance of forming human capital for administrative activities, since we are of the opinion that the quality of services, public policies, the operation of institutions depend on these, which is finally reflected in the quality of life. of society, that is, the common good
